Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be offered within 28 days from delivery date, if an incorrect item is supplied, or if an item is missing from your order, or you return the items unopened, unused and in their packaging to our offices at your expense, a full refund of the items will be provided. Postage fees will not be refunded.

If your items happen to arrive faulty or damaged, then please contact us below and provide us much detail as possible, and we will get back to you promptly, to either issue a replacement or refund.

Any refunds will be processed within 5 business days of accepting the refund.
