Thai Basil is an annual growing up to 60cm in height, with fragrant purple-green foliage. The herb imparts a subtly sweet, licorice or aniseed flavour, ideal for Asian cuisine. It is well-suited to outdoor and indoor cultivation, thriving in warm, sunny positions and suitable for planting in pots and containers, such as along borders.
