Bok Choy is a popular annual loose-leaf cabbage, with large green leaves and crunchy white stems. Harvest large leaves over a long period or the whole plant can be taken at once. It is often eaten fresh or added to stir fries. Bok Choy can also be added into pasture for animals to graze.
