Long Island Brussel Sprouts are a popular traditional variety with excellent sweet green sprouts after 3 - 4 months. Ensure the soil is fertile and well drained to get best results from this vegetable.  Harvest at 5cm before opening.

Sow in seed raising trays or direct 3mm deep, at 40cm spacings, in fertile soil.
