Garlic Chives are a perennial to 90cm, flat green leaves and white flowers. Leaves have a onion/garlic combined flavour that cannot be missed in cooking. It will add a unique flavour to any dish. Garlic Chives will grow in fertile soil or it can handle poorer soils.

How To Sow

Sow seeds 2mm deep. Plant several seeds every 15 cm. Thin to 2-3 plants in each grouping. Raise indoors or in a hot house for 6 weeks and plant out after the last frost.
