Black Toscana Kale is also known as Lacinato and produces long dark green leaves, formed from the middle of the plant. Highly nutritious. Sweet flavour. Eaten fresh or steamed. High in vitamins, & minerals, pick leaves as required. Black Toscana produces over a long period even into the hot summer months.

How To Sow

Sow 1-2 seeds in seed raising punnets 5mm deep.
Transplant when 6cm tall and space 40cm apart.
