Cos Verdi is a popular open, upright hearting variety with crisp leaves and smooth edges, unique sweet taste. This variety can also be used as Baby Cos, you simply harvest it at a younger stage. Cos Verdi is easy to grow and an excellent choice for the home garden - harvest in as little as 55-60 days. Add it to salads, sandwiches, wraps and more for a burst of flavour.
