(Salvia officinalis)
Common Sage is a perennial to 60cm with attractive grey leaves & showy blue flower spikes. Bee attractant. Used for herbal tea, cooking, seasoning and cosmetics. Sage grows best in a sunny well drained position. Sage will not handle any water logging and this is the most common error with sage. Can be grown in pots.
