Spinach is such a wonderful veg to grown in your patch, you can extend its harvest by just cutting off the leaves when you require. Perpatual Gator Spinach has large oval, smooth green leaf. Suitable as a baby leaf and full leaf. Handles hotter conditions well. Excellent for salads and cooked.

Spinach has so many uses and can be used in salads, soups, stir-fries and steamed., and is rich in vitamin A, B and C, mineral salts and iron and will suit a wide range of soils if kept fertile and moist. 

How To Sow

Sow two to three seeds 1cm deep, 25cm apart. Also suitable for container planting in pots.
