Certified Organic Sunflower Seeds. This sunflower is an attractive annual plant that grows up to 2 meters in height and produces yellow flower heads measuring 15cm in diameter. It can be used as a beautiful decorative plant, for sprouting, or as a green manure. For best results, it should be planted in well-drained, fertile soil in a warm and sunny location. To sow the seeds, place them directly into the soil and cover with 2cm of soil. Space the plants 30cm apart. For green manure, broadcast the seeds and gently rake them into the soil.
