Tatsoi is a compact plant up to 40cm in height, producing larger, dark-coloured leaves than regular tatsoi. Ready to harvest in 30 days, its mild flavour is perfect for salads and lightly cooked dishes. Perfect for cooler months, its dark green leaves are tough enough to weather temperatures as low as -5 oC! Growing low to the ground when planted in autumn, it's perfect for 'cut-and-come-again' harvesting. Nourishing and dependable, tatsoi is an excellent source of vitamins.

 

 

How To Sow

Sow seeds in a full sun location or direct into seed raising mix, thin to 2-3 plants at approx 5cm in height.
